Attire: Dressy (but not formal)

Passed appetizers: Bacon-wrapped dates stuffed w/cream cheese and beef tenderloin with horseradish on rye bread

Salad: Hacienda del Sol signature salad includes Roasted Beets, Pickled Red Onion, Orange Segments, Blue Cheese, Candied Walnuts and Roasted Garlic Dressing

Stuffed Chicken Breast: Caramelized onion and asparagus Stuffed Chicken Breast w/Beschamel, Goat Cheese Mornay Sauce and Potatos au Gratin

Petit Filet: w/Wild Mushroom Demi, Oysters, Crimini, and Potatos au Gratin

Eggplant Rollatini: Grilled Eggplant, Stuffed with Goat Cheese Pesto, Pomodoro Sauce, Tomatoes, Basil, Garlic, Chili Flakes
